Debra Dickson joined the USARC in June 2022. Prior to that, she held positions as Director of Administration with the National Capital Planning Commission, the U.S. Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board, and the Office of the Federal Coordinator for Alaska Natural Gas Transportation Projects. Ms. Dickson also held positions as a paralegal and law office manager with the Air Force Real Property Agency and the Office of the Chief Counsel, Financial Management Service. An avid learner, Ms. Dickson has received a Master’s in Public Administration from Walden University, a Master’s in Communication from Regent University, a Bachelor of Science degree in legal studies from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science degree in leadership studies from National Louis University. Ms. Dickson has also completed course work and a dissertation proposal towards a PhD in public policy and administration.
